Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Malaria Inspector : Secondary Education Council of UP Intermediate examination in science with Biology or equivalent recognized by the Government.
- For Filariasis Inspector : Secondary Education Council of UP Intermediate examination in science with Biology or equivalent recognized by the Government.
- For Darkroom Assistant : Secondary Education Council of UP Intermediate examination in science with Biology or equivalent recognized by the Government.
- For Trained Nurses : Higher Education Council, recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh Intermediate examination or its equivalent examination must be passed. Uttar Pradesh State qualified nurses and midwife Midwifery Council registration with the General Nursing Diploma course. (3) U p Nurses and midwife council certificate of registration as a nurse.
- For O T Technician : Higher Education Council, with the state of science and biology Intermediate examination or its equivalent recognized by the Government declared an examination must be passed. and UP by the medical faculty diploma from an accredited institution must be in operation theater techniques.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 18 to 40 Years (As on 01.07.2015)
Selection Process : Selection will be through Written Examination & Interview.
