In pursuance to the Advertisement No. 01/Sub. Court/ Category 'C'/Clerical Cadre/2014, The objective type written test (Test-1) was held on 18.10.2014 and Hindi/English Computer Type test (Test 2) was held on 24.05.2015.On the basis of above mentioned tests, final result of successful candidates is being declared. The result of such candidates who are petitioners in W.P. No. 29665/2015, W.P. No. 29984/2015, W.P. No. 30486/2015, W.P. No. 30347/2015, W.P. No. 34310/2015, W.P. No. 33826/2015, W.P. No. 2770(S/S)/2015, W.P. No. 35043/2015, W.P. No. 35172/2015 and W.P. No. 3478(S/S)/2015 are not being declared in compliance of orders passed by this Hon'ble High Court.
In the leading Writ Petition no. WRIT-A No. 29665 of 2015 Vinit Kumar and 04 others, Hon'ble Court has passed order dated 21.05.2015 that the selection may go on but the result in respect of petitioners herein shall not be declared till the next date of listing and the same order has also been extended to other writ petitions.
In view of the above facts, Hon'ble the Recruitment Committee resolved that in compliance of the order passed by High Court on judicial side result of petitioners may not be declared and the result of other candidates may be declared. Appointments made shall abide by the orders to be passed by Writ Court in the Writ petitions mentioned herein above.
The result is purely provisional subject to verification of original documents of candidates and their suitability for the post as per terms and conditions prescribed with regard to the eligibility criteria in the advertisement including medical standards as per Rules. Selected candidates have been allotted districts against the vacancies.
